Check back because have a pretty good idea why and working on the perimeter drain just not doing it's job to natural drain away from house or back toward pond. This home has excellent elevation. 😀
Not that kind of water.. just a little seepage in the two bonus rooms. Nothing requiring a life jacket.Believe perimeter drain just needs snaking out like any other plumbing. Sometimes it's malfunctioning gutters with leaves plugging them and getting out the ladder. 😀

We don't get weeks after week of hot humid weather and it is comfortable. Maine is not burning up or worried about running out of water like many locations around the nation.
The market still full throttle, the property listings especially this nice are just not in large supply. I don't know why but Maine is calling my name...cost of property here in Baldwin county Alabama is Soo expensive. Of course I've never even been to Maine so I might change my mind if I felt the cold winters. LOL However a small camp for the summer sounds interesting.

@bad-robot This property is at the mailing address 1038 New Limerick RD and the 4 acres also corners the Drews Lake RD. If your driveway was off Drews Lake RD your mailing address for rural delivery would be around 860 for a number. Not sure where 2776 came from in your search!
@@bad-robot did not see any comment about pond, the what surrounds it... did see another youtuber say it would be a great area to clear snow, play pond hockey on and agreed. Have a farm pond and we did that growing up with the kids.. build a bon fire, playing outdoor hockey.
