His chicken is so good, it's all he sells...and he's got dozens lined up with baskets in hand before he's done with the first batch. I thought it fascinating he just cooks it, drains it and then puts it all on a tray and the customers pick what they want. Fantastic. Well done.

No city in America would ever allow this type of setup ever. The bureaucrats would have a kinipschen. I guess they have a job removing all the oil spray from the sidewalk at the end of the day to prevent falls from pedestrians.

If you can travel in the US, you can travel to Thailand. 😅. I'm from The Netherlands and have been to Asia various times twice of which to Thailand. If you combine with Vietnam, malaysia and/or China, you'll have the best food trip of your life! ❤

Amazing work folks, from UK. How does it work in Thailand, do u rent a space? Or can you just turn up and cook? As in UK u have to have a street permit plus l9qds of other docs to sell food.. In Thailand it just seems you can setup on a space it becomes your regular spot. Lovely food folks. MATT

The chief's here in the United States and others countries don't wear gloves while handling the public food. It is really a big turn off for me. Why our government not doing something about this. God help us all with people handling our food at all these restaurants.
