It was so beautiful ❤️ and moving 😭 when I saw the daughter on crutches going as fast as she could and then Dad picked her up, you could see in background a lady got very emotional too. God Bless 🙏 your family Sir!!
@@billadmond9450 One side likes the video and the other questions how many innocent people were killed and wants everyone to hate who they don’t even know, these videos are getting boring.
I retired some time ago and I love seeing these moments on video. I envy these men and women who received such wonderful reunions from their families. Unlike them, I had no one to surprise or come home to. So, I do have a lot of happiness to express for them.
@@nonhominid God bless you, I entered during the evacuation of Saigon. Did 23 years total. Saw a lot of crap from Persian Gulf to the Cartels. Memories I cannot share with anyone who wouldn't understand. Stay with us my brother.
@@ronf.2029 1977 - 1998 Persian Gulf beginning with the Iran Hostage Crisis to the First Gulf War (George H.W. Bush), Indonesian and Somali Pirates (if we saw any) to Central and South America during the War on Drugs during Clinton's years. I've been around. In 1995, I requested an assignment so I could retire where I'm not being shot at for a change. Yes, I have difficulty sometimes, especially where crowded rooms and fireworks are concerned.
What do you guys think about what's going on in the society and the Liberals actions? I'm from CA and I feel like the government leaders failed miserably during the riot and looting. The looting and arson took over the city and they use Floyd as the reason to justify their actions. Then they rewarded them by defunding or trying to abolish the police force. That move alone would make the cops vote for Trump. Garcetti already announced he will slashed $150 M from the police budget. The looters and arsonists are walking freely. Then if Biden wins, illegal immigration will sky rocket. I honestly think Trump wants to solve the problem about illegal immigration and use that funds to Americans which liberals thinks he's racist. It could have been used for so called poor and black communities. The lack of backbone in this countries could make America crumbles and it will be gang and illegal immigrant infested. It will be run by drug cartel and the governor and mayor will be under the payroll of big time cartels. Democrats want to abolish ICE then now abolish or defund cops. What's next ? Defund the military? Now Pelosi wants to remove the monuments which to me, it doesn't even bother me at all. We have other things to worry like economy and the covid 19 rather than taking down the monuments which for others values it because of history.
I am 3rD generation military and served in U.S. Army. It warms my heart every time I see videos on RU-vid of military parents surprising their kids and family. Thanks go out to ALL soldiers who serve our country.
when you see that kind of joy and love exhibited it's so emotional to watch. We are so blessed as a nation to have such people serve in our military. And doubly blessed to have their family's so strongly behind them. Strong heart, clear eyes, can't lose!!!
Reunions are almost always very, very heartfelt, very special, and they bring tears to the eyes of people who are merely watching. Even when animals reunite with their humans or their animal friends the emotions are strong.
Serve your filthy country.USA brings wars everywhere and steals oil.I hope one day Iran will get revenge for the death of Suleimani and bomb Washington. It will be a fuuuuuuny thing to watch.
So wonderful to see something beautiful!! We need more good things like this posted to try to heal a negative -media created, depressed society. Thanks for the post.
I have sooooo much respect for the loved ones left at home. The family’s that stay together through day to day life at same time your loved one is facing possible death. How you do this is totally amazing. You have an open with me. I respect you all. ❤️❤️
January 15th 2016: Every time a military child/grandchild/boy/girl/man/women returns home on military leave what every the month it becomes that make up time of "Christmas Present." It is very touching and heartfelt for this senior old timer to view and share a few moments past as that service person is reunited with his/her families and loved ones, especially the children. May God bless each and every service person abroad or serving in the states of OUR wonderful country. Sincerely, to one and all Happy New 2016 Year. Bruce W. Can't understand the thumbs down if you're an American I cannot be proud of your country and the people who serve just keep you free 82nd airborne division AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY
*IT'S SO IMPORTANT TO SHARE THESE REUNIONS AS YOU HAVE, IT NOT ONLY LIFTS THE SPIRITS OF THESE FAMILIES BUT THE REST OF THE COUNTRY WITH A GRATEFUL HEART FOR OUR SERVICEMEN & WOMEN!!*
John And Abbey Unfortunately we have had a left leaning influence in our society since the thirties. My old man fought in Korea & came from a farming background & he hated them. He then became a Police officer & hated them more 😂. Where all this is going to end, who knows. Stay safe.
Bill Admond I don’t think your comment is for this forum, these are just service coming home & seeing their family. Your comment needs to be on a forum where war is the topic. Just my opinion of course, as is yours.
+Elizabeth Silcott No. You know what I mean. I broke my leg last year and had to walk on crutches. What I meant was this girl saw her father and couldn't wait to be in his arms. That was her motivation for moving so fast on those crutches. Her motivation was seeing her father.
To this gentleman, and to all others (men and women) who serve or have served, I say thank you. I can also imagine a young man weighing his options if he wants to date one of Sgt. Blalock's daughters later on: "Well, I think she's cute, and I like her, but her dad's a sergeant in the Army....I'd have to be super careful...Not showing her (or him) respect would be a reeeeeeeeaaaaallly stupid idea."
For his service to a corrupt country which brought tears everywhere around the world?Ok...I don't think God blesses criminals unless you talk about that biblical god call Yahveh who ordered men to kill people.
my great grandpa (kenneth m. braga) served in the united states army during WW|| in the battle of the bulge from 1941-1945. he did make it home alive but passed away on march 26, 1985 at the age of 65 after surviving 7 heart attacks but the 8th one took his life. i miss him very much and i wish he could see me right now. i love you great grandpa😭😭😭
what happened to Cameron Blalock? That's was one heart warming sight when children sees their father after a long time. Lucky daughters to have such a father caring for them.
I wish I could be a fly on the wall when the boys want to date his daughters!! They are gorgeous so good luck guys with that hurdle! 🤣 On a serious note... thank you sir for your service to the greatest country on God’s green Earth!
I could've experienced something similar back in 05. After my tour in Iraq. With my former step daughters. But the ex said no!!! Fn Cnt. Would have made a wonderful memory!!! I still love and miss them. Till this day.
Mixed feelings; it is a great moment, but not sure it should be for millions of strangers. It's not a movie, it is their family and in my mind, a totally private moment, doing it at a school--or stadium turns it into a public spectacle. A nice thing--for sure, but it reminds me of a guy who proposes marriage--in front of millions. Not the same thing, but it sort of is. A very private--wonderful thing, for the crowds to crash in on--as I see it.
