I did this to my parents and then to my gf when I was in the Marines. Didn't have camera phones to capture the moment though. Mom cried and yelled like all these. Gf cried silent and was shaking in shock. Then she cheated on me when I left. How thoughtful.

The only person that has ever been this happy to see me is my dog.

Seems like yesterday I came home from my first deployment. Only to get sent back 4 months later. RIP to all my brothers and sisters that weren't able to come home. It was an honor serving with you all.

The first one got me, I can't get over seeing a sister or a mother/father cry for you bc he missed you. I've experienced it and it's a lot of mixed emotion it feels like you could collapse right away. These moments are what true love is.

People don’t understand, these guys/girls put their lives before ours. Your life is protected by some random stranger. Just think about that, we need to appreciate these people more the way our government has these guys homeless and unpaid is despicable and cruel.

I think the most emotional for me it's the parents reactions. They made them, the moms carried them, they raised them. And your kid going off possibly into combat, it's probably the hardest to think about.

The partners coming home is always sweet but it's the moms' reactions that always GET ME.

Since the dawn of our civilization this scene has never changed. The exclamations of surprise, tears of joy, the prayers answered a loved one returns home. He has been changed in many ways it still remains the same. Seems like this will be seeing centuries to come yet one thing is still there the love of a family member returning home.

I can't tell if I am crying because this video restores my faith in humanity or the fact that I secretly wished I had done something more with my life that warranted someone missing me this much.

This is one if not the best homecoming video. You can see dudes moms is so happy. It reminds everyone of their own family and how great it is to have a family

The soft hurt moms always feel happy to see their child after long time they just burst into tears this is sad to be faraway from home I am from Pakistan I am very away from home even I am in Pakistan but still it take me 2 days traveling to go home on vacation I can understand the feelings of family when they see their family member after long time they have alot of things to tell oh God blessed mith my family love ☺☺👍👍 great video

When was nine my dad became a solider and j was heart broken ,but wheen is turned 14 ,I remember my father coming on chrismase night and surprising me. It was the best day of my life

It always brings a tear to my eye to see our boys come home ok. To many of them dont come home alive. My cousin is a marine and was kia in 2003 during op iraqi freedom.

My dad have been in mili for 10 years, i was 3 when he left and i was already 13 when he came back, so i know better than noone whats that feeling right there. You just can't buy it, if someone had said me in that time what you prefere; be a millionaire or want your dad to come back, i would have wanted my dad to come back rather than be a millionaire.

Remember coming home unexpectedly after a year away overseas in the Navy. I wanted to surprise the family, so I didn't tell anyone. When I got there, everyone was gone -- they'd gone on vacation. It was kind of sad.

I have a son and a son in law in the Army, one deployed, the other waiting for orders. I am so fortunate that I get to live this. When I came home 1st time, had to go thru LaGuardia via cargo doors, got yelled at by people.Corporate Car Company Driver took me all the way home to Rockland County for FREE,with a stop at this Irish Bar near Manhattan College. Free as well.They passed the hat and got home with some spending money,way behind schedule. was a little drunk, hit couch, next thing I know my mom is screaming and crying ,woke me up. Never ever felt that good again till my kids came along.

Some of these soldiers they die and dont come home and their family finds out they didnt make it. The ones that doesnt die they get are thankful that they go home and they are happy to see their loved ones. Wat is the matter with y'all disliking videos like this? For the ones that dislikes videos like this yall are selfish. If it wasnt for these soldiers we all be dead
