Salute for all their victims in the world, whether it was the US ,Russian or any other army. We know what many of them did to women and we know they killed innocent civilians.
Having visited Russia, they respect their veterans. Every May day, veterans wear their uniforms, the younger generation, always showed them great respect.
Having visited Russia, all I saw was drunk VDV and vets passed out in park pobedi, pissing on themselves while kids were stealing their wallets. We must have seen two different russias.
Spoken like someone who’s never been to war. The first time you see an extremely malnourished child with a bomb strapped to their chest will give you all the inspiration necessary, then you get to watch your friends die. I’ve always found it quite interesting how people who have never seen or experienced war. have so much to say about it.
@@parsaeyewe were allies longer than enemies. Americans and Russians have no hate for each other, it's the fools in charge. I love my Slavic brothers. They are not my enemy. we share blood. Ukraine nazis need to go. I wish most Americans understood. Ukrainians naming streets after ss officers and war criminals. Modern nazi war criminals need to go. People blaming Russia when Ukraine is the problem
No matter where your from, those old vets deserve respect edit: i dont mean respect for what they did, i know some countries have done some fucked up shit,i mean fighting for there countries safety, and i didnt say respect other countries soldiers, i mean respecting the soldiers from your own country and the seeing the sacrifices they make to keep you safe
@@ytraijin4831well way to take it one step too far. Don’t defend nazis my guy, they did have a choice and a lot of them relished in the opportunity to oppress others.
@@eliyarrows2456 I don’t want to defend Nazis, but there are a lot who hadn’t a choice. When your Parents sending you to the Army or the SS had your Wife and Children.
That’s bs. The vets that deserve respect are the ones that put their life on the line for better quality of life for others. No one’s going to respect a nazi vet if they had the same ideology as hitler himself.
@@eliyarrows2456no they didn’t, there is something called peer pressure and they just did it bc everyonedid it and the kids (back then)grew into that world and didn’t know what was right or wrong. This doesn’t change or make good what they did
If that was all he needed then he has what? Money saved from his side job of selling brdm tyres? Do you know the condition of these mens pensions? Two or three were looked after for propaganda purposes only.
The veteran's face at the end looked as if he finally got the full magnitude of gratitude he had wanted from his country for everything he did for the them.
It makes sense, in the West the "Great Patriotic War" is not taught so well, sometimes underestimated, the eastern front was decisive in the German defeat
@@mago12654in occidente ci vogliono senza storia cultura famiglia dignità e ragione ...in occidente ci vogliono senza valore per essere strumento dei loro interessi! W la Russia w Putin
The way these soldiers march, raise their hands, and salute demonstrates remarkable discipline, class, and respect. I admire their salute, which brought a proud VETERAN smile back.
That sudden sparkle in those wise eyes just complimented his face and smile... brightend him up instantly, so deserving, and so kind.. thank you, God bless 🙏❤
@@HK00088 ...to be honest, this isn't a dating app. And if she is pretty, u can compliment her. Is just... looks different seeing this type of comment in RU-vid..
Any veterans who fought during WW1 and WW2 should be respected. It doesn't matter who they are or where they're from. They see things that will hunt them for the rest of their days.
I don’t care from what country are in United States or Russia but anytime you respect your older soldiers like this is totally priceless and means the world to them that was beautiful
Without a doubt! A year ago, after almost 25 years of service, I was forced to retire on medical ground after a service related injury aggravated; I am a paratrooper and I was told no more jumps of any sort and I also lost my rescue climber certification, besides these facts that hit me hard I had to accept as well no more bycicle rides, no more swimming unless in warm water, no more running, less driving, PT only laying on the ground and so on a long list of "no more". Should they decide to call me back to active duty, I'll be stuck behind a desk. So I can relate to that Russian vet living out of memories. Those young warriors made up an event that will lift the old warrior's spirit for years and when he"ll pass to the other side this memory will play on his retina!
@@malibuorihuela.01 Thank you very much! I need to say this: those who deserve our gratefulness are those who lost tgeir body's integrity or made the ultimate sacrifice; I was blessed to end my service still standing.
@grayhax I'd take a history lesson so you could probably understand, Japan then was known as the Japanese empire in the second world war, they're referring to I believe
We all should salute the Russians. They took a big big loss defeating Germany. So many people. Without them Europe is speaking German and under an oppressive regime 😆😆😆
@@RUTHLESSambition5 true it was red army who defeated nazis .not us army , we know what happened in Vietnam, Afghanistan. They made a narrative that us defeated nazis.
They show him the respect he earned! He was sad that his time had passed him by, and he was willing to bet most if not all of his buddies were dead. That was the greatest generation in all countries. They served their countries to the best of their abilities!
It's nice to see these young men honor and old soldier. It doesn't matter what country it is Russia or US. These MEN did their duty for their country. "Old Soldiers Never Die. They Just Fade Away".... General Douglas McArthur...
As the grandson of a ww2 vet this makes my heart full. My grandpa is 98 and todays generation are losing there respect for the greatest generation. These men and women saved the world
Was driven to write a comment. But I'm speechless and donno how better to express my feelings than "the video made my eyes well up, is a too short clip the heart seems to want more of such beautiful hearted, mindful content showing respect to the everyone around us. And for the input they have in our serene society."
