Very helpful video. I used it to help me assemble my new F85 treadmill. I wasn't able to get all the screws on that plastic cover that comes up from the uprights to attach to the bottom of the console. The painters tape trick helped me get one of the screws on. I eventually gave up and duct taped the covers to the console. Good enough for my basement. Thank you.

I’m getting one delivered, and installed today. It’s going to my second-floor, back bedroom workout room. They will have to take it up the stairs, they take it up sideways and put it together up there. I’m glad I got somebody to put it together because this looks like an awful lot to do. I just had to take it down three flights of stairs and feel like dying. It's easily 200 pounds even with the display removed. Absolute murder.

Now THAT was interesting. It is now May 10, 2024 and I've just come back from Dick's Sporting Goods and looking at their Sole F63. Their model on the floor DIDN'T HAVE the yellow lever to lower the track to the floor (it had the kick stick) and it DIDN'T HAVE the speed and incline rocker controls on the side handles. I looked on the Sole website and their pictures show the same missing rocker switches and yellow lever as on the store model. Makes me wonder why they took them away from the F63. You have them on YOUR model. They have them on the F65 but I'm not paying $ 400 more just for those two features. For another $ 100, I can buy the F80 with the BIG paddle switches and yellow lever - but I hate the display on the F80. What to do , what to do.

Help please! I removed the shipping stripe and safety pin before assembly. I saw the big yellow note that said don’t do it after. Is there anything I can do now. Or can I assemble this like that?

You can still assemble it like that, just don’t move the belt part until after the assembly is complete.

New 2023 is different - the arms are bolted on the side and the handles are different - there are no housings to insert into. I have a F63 from +10 year ago that needed $650 in repairs, so I went new for $999.99 new. The old one was easier to assemble.
