A Sole treadmill base can be made a S ton lighter by removing the motor temporarily. You can also move it up stairs by taping or strapping it to a big sheet of thick cardboard and using the cardboard as a sort of sled. I moved my treadmill upstairs, by myself, using this method (although that was 10 years ago when I was only in my early 50s).
