Solenn is a pretty decent cook, she's so chill and she knows what people want in a particular dish. Erwan was more on "flipping" the dish and adding his own touch to it. At this point Solenn giving Erwan major anxiety HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I think Solenn won for it is a well balanced meal than Erwan's since it has freshness in it (pickled turnips and carrots and lemon) while Erwan's seemed to be so heavy, it has mayo and yogurt already with the addition of cheese in the rice and very little of a freshness (little herbs added only) and also different textures are missing, the spam is already very oily so adding much mayo and yogurt makes it more heavy.

Solenn’s my pick. I like the layers and balance of flavours in the dish - achara, sriracha with mayo, simple fried rice, the sweetened hoisin sauce and adding the panko to the spam. Can’t wait to make my version at home - monkfruit for sugar substitute and less sodium Spam.
