I don't often do a general boat trip to catch bits and pieces as I've seen my fair share of these type of trips and it can get boring but on the rare occasion I will do a trip of this sort.....
To be fair in was enjoyable and in this case it was absolutely manic I had no time to relax it was hectic from the first cast
I chose this first mark as it has been good in the past and it was exceptional again this time round
Although the little bank/hole was only about 2ft in height I knew it would hold fish as all around for a few hundred yards is dead flat these little impressions are little havens that will hold fish.....
Don't just go somewhere chuck the anchor in because someone else is there search around etc....
So the scores were as follows
13 Blackbream - 1lb 15oz
11 smooothounds - 9lb 5oz
17 Bass
2 Mackerel
1 Gilthead bream - 14oz
