Hello! I am not a VAR so I don't know why this happens, however I'll try to help you out. I just logged in to mysolidworks and as far as I can see there's no issue with the site. Check if you have a browser extension like something that blocks cookies etc or try a different browser. If this still doesn't work better consult your Value Added Resseler (VAR) so they can guide you better. I hope this helps ^_^
