I think it's magic how the defined geometry can turn into those intricate 3D shapes -- visualizing how the 2D dimensions turn into the 3D shape is remarkable
I think the bearings location are wrong, because rotor should be run with coil counterpart exactly at same time, bearings need to fix in cover of it. Thanks for making interesting video in solidworks in honest and easy way.

You have rough errors in your SolidWorks job: 1. Shaft position is NOT correct, you must bring out the shaft from the STATOR side (not from the rotor how its in now). 2. Make stator Float - with right click. Make coincident mates between Stator`s planes and assembly`s planes. It will center your stator into center of assembly. 3. Rename "bldc motor.sldasm" to "ASM bldc motor.sldasm" it wil move assembly to the TOP of files in the folder.
