Can you extend the wire for the solar connection? Obviously I’m a rookie here but would it be as easy as splicing a longer wire in the middle of the wire and water proofing the splice? Keeping the original connections at each end of the newly extended wire?
My light was green then red and now theres no light, ive taken everything out and hit reset multiple times and it still doesnt want to work. Do i need to purchase a plan in order for it to work
Got one of these on my property and it doesnt last long at all , never gets charged to 100 percent and its in the sun , when i view it on my cell phone the battery drains fast
Hello! In the description of the camera it mentions the use of 4g and 3g technology, in the place where I would like to install it only has a 3g network, will it work normally?
Can you use your own SIM Card ? I have 4 SIMS for Data, can I just put one of my own SIM cards in as I pay only $40 for all 4 sims unlimited data... or does this camera only allow their own Sim Card / Plan..?
So far this camera is garbage because i have run out of space on my sims card and the system keeps asking me to replenish my sims card, i brought this camera with the mindset that it was a stand alone camera where i didn't need to subscribe to a service network such as AT&T, my whole house camara system works completely different from this trash, i can view my home from anywhere using just my phone, I purchased this one to provide additional coverage for my A/C and Whole house generator because there have been reports of A/C and generator service guys visiting people's home when they are gone and sabotaging people's A/C and generator units in hopes of druming up new business, this camera was slated to provide that additional safety coverage, when i find a camera that actually fits my needs i will post a follow up post.
