Solo Armadyl GWD without chins! 

This is a pretty important tip that was brought to my attention recently: You can suicide a pile of supplies just outside the entrance to Kree's chamber, then after reaching 40kc inside the room, teleport out using the alter to resupply and re-enter the room. This will be relevant to every God wars room after the ironman instance split update.

nice video man! I got a few questions: 1. when you're flicking and walking under, do you still need you click attack on kree with the shield equipped? 2. whats the order of the best shields after ely? I have a crystal shield and dragonfire ward on iron. Thanks for the help!

It is now worth noting that with the new crystal bow and armour, Fbow is the best in slot here for non chins. More dps than Tbow when both off or both on task. Would have to bow flick though. Crystal armour also has more ranged defense than arma and +6 more prayer bonus (+4 with crystal armour and +2 with radas blessing)

Hey man not sure if you still read any of these comments but had a question regarding the shield flicking method. I gave it a try and I couldn't quite get the timing down. I must've been doing something wrong because half the time I would be stunned and unable to shoot the bow before I switched back to the shield. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Can u do a lower equipment guide?

When using a cbow, what would you replace the shield sot with? Crystal sheid, dragonfire ward, or twisted buckler?
