Good to see you Max! What a special trip full of sightings and observations. I love otters as well so that was really great! My Mum knew her birds so well but her passion was wild flowers. She created such beautiful rock & wild flower beds / walkways ( her flower beds were also gorgeous) and this video very much reminds me of her. She was also a patient observer. Didn’t miss a thing about the natural world which is one of the greatest gifts she gave to me. I thank you for your passion in sharing it all with us and hope your trip to states ended well. Safe and happy journeys Max.💜 Barret

Thanks Barrett, its so valuable to have someone like your mother in someone's life. It's amazing how much a little knowledge and passion can add depth to someone else's world. I still have 2-3 videos of Utah to edit. Look forward to starting that process :)

Wow, Max… I found you from your brother. It boggles my mind that you don’t have a better following. Xander surely has the personality for a big subscriber base but your filming and editing is some of the best I’ve seen. You capture nature in a different way than Xander and other creators. Keep doing what you are doing because your films are beautiful. Budnick brothers for life baby!!!

@maximbudnick
@maximbudnick Год назад
I think that is how I feel about grizzlies (though seeing one from far away would be interesting). When it comes to the black bears... They're never interested in causing trouble - unless there is a bad misunderstanding like a mother bear thinking you are coming after her cubs - you just have to know basic bear safety rules like how to be careful to not surprise a bear, and how to put food away at night so you aren't attracting them to your snacks. :D Cheers and thank you for watching!

Absolutely. A great example of that is shining a headlamp on the ground at night and observing all the little reflected lights of spiders eyes - you'd never know they were there even if you were looking for them
