[Hormone Yamaki style sauce recipe]
I think there will be enough for 5 to 6 people, so I think you can halve all the quantities.
・Liquor 200cc
・Mirin 200cc
・Soy sauce 200cc
・Sugar 3 tablespoons
・1 tablespoon honey (you can add sugar if you don't have it)
・100% apple juice 40ml
・100% pine juice 40ml
・Ajinomoto 1 teaspoon
*Be sure to heat sake and mirin to evaporate the alcohol.
Use this sauce for dipping sauce
・Approximately 10 crushed garlic cloves
・Ichimi chili pepper - about 1/4 bottle
