Bro I see that when you hit t4s you are winning in terms of filling out their hospitals. Is your individual tech so good? Or is it your alliance tech? How can same t4s fight and have such a drastic difference?

I've got some reports from attacking a city that say severely wounded but they are in my hospital not dead. So either it's glitched or not 100% severely wounded die

Quick question. Why not attack the rally in the open? I have soloed plenty of rallies attacking forts etc. Is there a reason not to attack the rally if tiger's reinforcement capacity was full?
