This is also known as Ovinu Malkeynu (Ovinu Ato) popular in Chabad (today), and "Bazetsenes" (Kale bazetsn?) from the tsimbalists Lepyanski family rep (as notated in Findeyzen's 1927 article, but with the minor triad in the 3rd bar of the 2nd section, which is interesting and weird).
