Hey once again gr8 Video and I love Salmon. Gave some big Browns Beach Salmon to my Sri Lankan neighbours and wow the unbelievable taste .okay keep up the fantastic videos.
A tremendous effort. Caught the same Salmon twice. Once out in the surf & the second time from a crevice in the rock! :) A few things were found wanting Alex. A frypan, salt & paper. What was not lacking was a delicious sandwich or the skill to make it. Perfect. I will be launching my first kayak at 7.00 am tomorrow. Everything is in the car ready to go & the kayak is tied down securely on its trailer. I think I have everything I need but I may also find that I do not have everything I would want. Some fish would be nice. A bonus. Thanks for sharing.
great video mate. those west coast YP beaches were good beaches for salmon and mully's but have been fished out since I lived down there back in the '90s
Great catch and cook. With Worcestershire sauce marinade, being salty and spicy already, you can go without salt and pepper anyway. I often use Worcestershire sauce instead of salt and pepper on my steaks, sausage, fish etc.
Well done Alex, but I think you cooked that fish the wrong way to get the best from it. What my friends and I did back in the 70s was to wrap it in alfoil under coals from the fire on Browns beach. Sadly something you cant do these days. Not so many rules or people telling you cant do that back then.
@@rhyswerner8749 well mate it's quite obvious, if you want a job go watch all of Alex's videos and you will know what I am talking about ✌️then come back to me with your response ☺️
