Solo Legend Zero Hour With Commentary 

Shards blade barrage hunter works really good too for the boss, got my solo with 9 seconds left. Dragons breath with mountaintop and a solar scout. Had 3 deaths but oh well just happy with the solo.

I love seeing how a good player makes mistakes. I'm of the school that it teaches more than a perfect run ever will. Good stuff

Really appreciate the commentary, esoteric is amazing but having the insight really helps as to strategy. Tried this for hours today and was never able to finish the boss , gonna try whisper tomorrow though!

The skip at the start is a nice way to save time, very fun to use with lfgs since they wonder how I'm already at the wall jumping puzzle by the time they finish the tank

Great Vid Tizzle! 3 of us just tried legend and with all the traversing, the timer is a wild challenging - We spent a a little too long figuring pathing, being different than the normal run, but already talked about different weapons. None of us sword skate, so a video like yours is most Excellent! Most of us got the whisper a week or so ago, will most definitely be taking that in with my Dawn chorus load out. The silo hatch door part, if your in the shaft you’ll notice you can go right or left. If you go right, you can skip the two captains completely, dropping down you’ll notice you skipped the captains but can flip the nearest switch, using strand allows you to bypass needing to hit the other switch in that room with captains. Saves a good minute or two which is vital

Nice run, good job clearing despite the deaths. I tried it on Titan, using Precious Scars with pretty much the same weapons as you did. I swapped to Eager Edge after the first tank room instead of before Trevor though, but still only got to boss with 7:30ish left... Got the Brig to about half health before the timer ran out on my best attempt. Celestial definitely looks like it's the best way to go about it, I just couldn't get enough ammo drops for Whisper in the boss room since I was using it on all the Servitors as well. MountainTop did wonders on the two tanks that spawned in, hit em with a hammer then spam MT and they die real quick, but it just wasn't enough. Time to finally make a Nighthawk build I guess 😅

First try with this strategy and finished with over a minute to spare! Thanks for the tips for the boss room, this video was very helpful.

for loadout: solar hunter/celestial nighthawk, eyes of tomorrow/mountaintop (with frenzy or vorpal i pref vorpal), any decent solar energy primary with dmg perks/incan (zaouli, etc.) and i would go with a kinetic reserve/resistances/2 solar surges/recuperation etc. 1) until you get to the tank just spam eyes of tomorrow on the first 2 rooms of adds, 1st room can be cleaned up in 2 volleys and then primary the remaining adds, 2nd room can be done in 3-4, (make sure you're getting the 4 kills per volley for free ammo), 2) once you get to tank room, do 3-4 more volleys and clear as much as possible but leave tank, once tank is one of the few adds left, swap to dragons breath and 1 shot tank and clear any remaining adds with primary (save mountaintop ammo at this point, you can use it for mobility to save lots of time) 3), if you have enough ammo you can then swap to eager sword at that point and have at least 4 ammo, if you get a heavy brick anywhere in the tank room, obv you will have more sword ammo than this and you can be very agressive with ur eager swings to save time 3) not really anything hard combat wise till boss room at this point so just try and haul ass and use mtop/eager sword when useful to navigate quicker 4) once you reach rally banner before boss room, swap back to eyes of tomorrow drop down and insta pop resto nade and spam eyes of tomorrow on all the adds 5) everytime you get a successful volley and proc adaptive ordnance on your eyes of tomorrow (huge dmg increase), try and lock on to boss and some adds in the same volley to get the dmg on the boss and free ammo, but its not end of world if you can't get the ammo refund, just make sure you're alawys hittng boss with adaptive ordnance shots when there's still enough adds up (try and get your knives on boss whenever possible for that revitalizing blast weaken) 6) once there's not enough adds to consistently get the ordnance proc just spam mountaintop on him to finish what health he has left or even primary (if he's very low) and finish off his phase, spam eyes of tomorrow on adds whenever they respawn (shanks/vandals etc.) use primary whenever it makes sense to conserve ammo especially if you're lower on mtop ammo. Rinse and repeat step 5 with eyes of tomorrow whenever boss is damageable, if you're using EoT well you should really only have to consume 2-3 heavy shots per phase. 7) last phase when you have the two tanks swap to dragons breath once again and if you are hitting your volleys on eyes of tomorrow you should have enough ammo after the swap to have at least 1-2 rockets to 1 shot either 1 tank or both tanks, finish his brig with mountaintop/primary and if ur lucky you will have a heavy brick for more dragons breath shots *side note: use celeste on servitors generally speaking, but just ensure that you have it for last servitor (one with the brig)

God even in normal this was a pain, can’t imagine having to do this in legend for me

Little advice lads: dont bother trying to get a solo flawless with how buggy it is right now, i would just wait until things get fixed

I really liked Supremacy in the boss room, 2 taps the shanks. I also used Hothead since it's pretty good on ammo economy though maybe Whisper is better but it still did the job. I chose it because the final boss is a brig so the majority of the damage would be uncrittable on him and I had Supremacy but to be honest the super alone pushed him to open crit spot. The first time I did it on Normal and used Apex and yea HARD PASS on that one don't even think about it you run out of ammo so fast.

I think legend zero hour is gonna have a lot of people taking a hard pass. It’s the best existing mission but you straight up need to be good to finish it on legend .

I don't think I could find my way through that route in 20:40 even if there were no enemies present. LOL

On warlock u can skip the silo 3 switches with a mountaintop jump. Saves some time

I was wondering since i run hunter with ark, someone suggested a melee build using the head exotic assassins cowl, I'm thinking for a grenade thrower using the ark staff would Raiden flux work well with that combo, and what aspects and fragments to use?

Well Done, good Guide. My Skill Set won’t allow me to get a legend completed (even with a fireteam) I’m always late into the boss room with 3/4 minutes late. So that being said, no Rank 11 and I’m guessing no Catalyst. Thanks for the honest video un-flawless. Makes you look human. PS moving sucks Have a good move just the same.

Just watched and saw you asking about elevators. on normal it's the first on the left that goes up fast I assume it's the same for legend but I jumped up on my clear because its faster if you don't mess up.

Swap out sunshot for Polaris lance trust me it clears in this mission also if you have mountain top you can rocket jump of the silo cap to save time and eager edge also save a lot of time in the wall section The microwave room changes based on the threat for that day

just ran the normal version solo/blind last night on titan...final boss room was tedious, I was like how many fucking bosses are gonna spawn in holy shit...finished with 1:15 lol, mostly just running around trying to remember where to go. No fucking way I'm trying the legend solo
