I've always loved an Underdog story and Solo Leveling is one of the best ones. I like how the MC isn't BROKEN broken. He can still get his ass whooped and the trauma that he goes through isn't just glossed over. It's nice storytelling.

well, yuji is the only yuji in anime. If u want characters to be like yuji most characters would be a 1 or 2. Also Jinwoo experiences a lot more deaths later on dw, well not a lot but some and a bunch of close calls. Also we lose a lottt and I mean alott of strong important figures in the manhwa.

only defense I got for the healer girl being useless during the double dungeon is she sapped all her energy healing people. at one point in the dungeon prior to her legs giving out she starts briefly coughing up blood if I recall correctly. still a lame plot device, but at least she ain't Sakura useless.
