Funnily enough, I did this fight yesterday and the cub was still upset with me just like you, I theorized it could have been because I shoved it, considering you shoved it too that could be the reason, although I actually have no idea, I just don't see any other reason. Luckily enough fleeing the fight and long resting worked for me for having him show up at the goblin camp !

When you kill a momma before the daddy, the fight with a cub gets bugged. But he should still appear later if you don't kill him.

The spiders aren't buggy, they're arachnids 😜
