I’ve done the trip from Marina Village to the Napa Valley YC many times. I go up every year to watch my nephew play in the golf tournament. Our boat has a draft of 6.5 feet so it requires some planning. We usually go up in two days and spend the night at the Vallejo YC then leave for Napa on a raising tide in case we run aground, which is easy to do. We always make it back in day but always leave Napa on a raising tide. It’s a beautiful trip and the Napa Valley YC is a great place to stay.
