Reuploaded to my volleyball channel. Here are some more ways to stay in shape for volleyball. No court, ball, or partner needed. If you don't have light weights, you can just hold on to a pair of shoes or a water bottle. If you don't have a ladder, some chalk or tape will work just as well. No cones? Just use whatever is laying around the house.
