Solo Zwift VICTORY! 

I’m a big tech nerd and trust me I’ve tried it alllllllllllllllllll!!! One day Zwift will have an update and it’ll magically work again just like my resistance issues a few months ago!!! I run Zwift on a MacBook Pro and Companion App on iPhone. Everything updated to the latest!

@@DontGetDroppedCycling Did you recently update to iOS18 and MacOS15? Seeing a lot of people complaining about app permissions resetting after the update. Assuming there's no firewall issues on the MBP... I also read this solution online: "I got it working by: Going to Settings on my M2 Mac mini Scrolling down to and selecting ‘Privacy & Security’ Selecting ‘Local Network’ Strangely enough, ‘Zwift’ was included in the list already, and the toggle was activated. But after I switched off the toggle, waited for a few seconds, and switched it back on again, the companion app switched to ‘map mode’."

HOTDAMN I'd like to buy you a coffee sir! Nothing was listed when I went there so I fired up Zwift and MacOS asked me if I would give it permission to access the local network, clicked yes and mini map instantly showed up on the iPhone! Might have to pretend I didn't see this yet until my next video drops... 🤣

I thought about it after and this wasn’t a ZRS race so no movement on the score. I lucked out for now!

It's gonna help balance everyone's ZRS out too since nobody can hid in a letter cat race anymore and their score will be adjusted accordingly. I'm going to suspect Monday is going to HURT A LOT with the lower ZRS taking advantage as they should!

Yup. Same sh.t here last night. Even after iPhone restart, app delete and re install, make sure phone and computer were same network. Even swapped to a different network… NO BUENO! Next video title won’t be holding back any punches 🤪

The Mac attack got another dose of DGDC last night 🤪

The OGs already knew from Strava/Zwift companion App, they were congratulating me before I even posted the activity! The algorithm says otherwise, the people are getting what they want 🤪
