He makes a solid case, but I think for most people they need to win 1 more to be considered a dynasty. We held the other teams in NFL history to that standard we have to do the same with the Chiefs. I feel like some people and the media have been lowering the bar when it comes to winning within the last 20 years. They keep crowning teams and players as great before they have proven what the legends did. The Chiefs are on the precipice of becoming living legends, but they need 1 more.

Dynasty is 3. Its been 3. Idk why we have to change the definition just because people want to use it to complement a team/player. The bills were not a dynasty. The broncos were not a dynasty. The manning colts were not a dynasty. The Big Ben steelers were not a dynasty. The mahomes chiefs are not a dynasty unless they win Sunday or win it another year. The dynasties in NFL are the 30s Packers, the 40s Bears, the 50s Browns, the 60s Packers, the 70s Steelers, the 80s 49ers, the 90s Cowboys and you could say 00s & 10s Patriots or count it as one Brady/Belichick Patriots. Just because you aren’t a dynasty doesn’t mean you aren’t great. And just because you are a dynasty doesn’t mean that you were more “impressive” than a non dynasty. If Mahomes goes to 10 straight Super Bowls and doesn’t get his third. That is still a greater accomplishment than most, if not all, of the dynasties I named. But the chiefs would still not be a dynasty.
