It’s because the earth spins sideways and orbits around the sun. In one part of the year the North Pole is closer to the sun so when it orbits, the days is longer. The other part of the year, the North Pole faces the opposite site of the sun so there will be 6 months of darkness until the earth teachers the other side of the sun. Wish you like my explanation!
@@SubjectSigma18 you don't think they can make the sun look bigger then earth on this kind of scale? I think that would be very easy by making the earth smaller and sun larger, but I think what that would show would not suit the mainstream ideology.

While it is possible to get seasons with an orbiting star and a stationary planet, it has been proven that the earth is revolving around the sun by observing shadows on other planets throughout the year, and where the planets are positioned in the sky.

The North Pole doesn’t have land. The “land” you see in videos is actually icebergs that constantly change their location in the Arctic Ocean. That’s why it’s not on the map

During the *heroic age of arctic exploration,* from 1880s to 1910 (right before WWI broke out) explorers found the North Pole easier to map out, because continents extend very far north, where you can sail almost the rest of the way using an icebreaker vessel. Only the last hundreds of miles, across the *polar ice cap,* were difficult (due to the frozen ocean “hurdles” of ice you must traverse to get to the pole.) The *south pole* was much harder to get to; you had to sail a massive distance, typically winter somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere (the Falkland Islands were typically the best choice) and then sail the rest of the way to Antarctica’s shoreline, where you must attempt what was called a *farthest south.*
A *farthest south* was a series of attempts to make it to the South Pole, or as far south as possible; the sailor, already weary from the long journeys and overwintering, faced several obstacles; >no nearby civilization or trade routes for thousands of miles >whatever supplies still remained aboard >scaling the *Ross Ice Shelf* (at the time called the “Great Ice Barrier) a nearly vertical wall that obstructed a ship landing so that supplies and gear could be offloaded >traversing the *Trans-Antarctic Mountain Range* >surviving the *Polar Desert,* a flat, dry, extremely cold and windy wasteland with no food, water, or shelter. It is 1000% not a globe like we are told. Do little of your own investigational work and you will be enlightened so far as you are fully doctrinaires and not let your ego go to just knowledge yourself with some of your own independent research. No it doesn’t because on flat earth model you clowns have your sun doing nonsensical “circuits” which clearly doesn’t happen because our own eyes would see a sun behaving differently on a flat earth model vs a spherical model
While the sun’s movement in the sky cannot be used alone to prove that the earth is round, other geographical features of the earth can. There are working models of a “disc-shaped” earth that can still have sunrises and sunsets, but other inconsistencies arise, such as the ability to travel east and west without reaching an edge. The “globe model” of the earth is more conclusively reliable, based on what can be observed, and what can be proven/ disproven.
