It's easy to use and manage our files. But What If your device is not showing when you connect your android mobile using USB Cable? Well, the Solution is Simple. Just go my phone- developer option -netwok bar. Under the network bar you find a option "select usb configuration" tab and sellect charge only. Then you find notification to change anything.

Thank you so much. That solved my problem with my LG Android phone. I did not have the "transfer files" option under USB connections, so I selected "send images PTP". Selecting the MTP USB Device driver enabled Windows 10 to recognize my device. I can now transfer my pictures! Thanks again!

I used a cable to connect my Samsung m31 phone to my laptop. I use my laptop to copy youtube video music and transfer it to my SD card on my phone. My question is, some of the music videos that I'd copy and transfer to my SD card don't play at all. Is there a way to rectify this problem??

In the video you asked people to comment if your solution doesn't work for them, and you said that you would try to help, but you haven't responded to anyone asking for help, and you've been back here and only replied to people who say it worked. It would be immensely valuable if you could add one or two responses about the errors people are having. Unfortunately this didn't work for me either, so I read every single comment looking for a solution. No luck! Still happy that it works for some people.

in phone settings it shows USB is faded out and says Not Connected. even though it is plugged in and the battery icon on the screen shows charging. Something is wrong. why won't the USB on the settings menu show connected. I tap it and nothing happens. Thanks for time.

I followed the procedure but the( STANDARD MTP decvice) area was missing after the standard mouse type, the next was standard mtp compliant device, i need help what do i do? Kindly help thank you
