(SOLVED) Microsoft Print to PDF not working on Windows 10 

After many Microsoft discussions with their "experts" I tried everything and almost gave up, but your video fixed it all!! Thank you so much!

In the method where you try to reinstall the microsoft print to PDF driver, after I removed it, it doesn't show itself again in the "add device". what can I do?

THANK YOU! I don't know how many IT folks from printers and computer who couldn't figure this out. Mine was opposite- just trying to print a doc in Word from Quickprint, which always worked, and now it continually only would go to PDF documents, which I didn't want. As soon as I saw the search for windows on and off to uncheck that Microsoft to PDF, I knew it would work. THANK YOU THANK YOU! Months trying to figure this out with the forced updates changing all the settings.

When I disabled Print To PDF feature, I cannot enable it. It gives me an error message so its gone forever? Any other tips?
