These studies contain very valuable information for me. I live in Turkey. I can't find the software for the pic microcontrollers here. Can you help me on this? I need hdl 20-A, art725A and art715 software
I have three of these that were linked. Unfortunately the live wire touched the earth wire in the PCON plug. All three have power but no sound, the LEDs are all lighting up and I suspect the ADA IC to be damaged or the PIC; what do you think? The manufacturer won't supply spare parts.
Hello, how are you, by chance I wouldn't have the circuit diagram of the HDL20 or the HDL6. I have 2 with the source burned out and there are some component values that I can't get
Am in Kenya en I have HDL 26 A having a problem in Small ic en transistor that got shot what should I do in order to get repaired.I mean the Power source transistor and ic hve crashed
Great work, sir. Having similar issues with 2 RCF HDL-20A which fail to power on. Both of these amps had shorted Mosfets '6R190C6' as well as Driver IC 'S21531D' which have been replaced. Also replaced the 2 big electrolytic capacitors, the fuse, some burned SMD resistors (all on the power/hot side). Checked remaining SMD resistors & transistors and the values match with those from a working amp. The voltage at the SMD capacitor which sits right before the S21531D chip should get 14-15 volts otherwise the amp will not power on but unfortunately on these the cap is only getting 8.5 volts. Any idea what the issue could be?
@@TKFElectronics Issue resolved. In one amplifier I had to change the SMD capacitor (1μF) to the right of the one mentioned above which was not receiving the 15VDCs and above the resistor marked 1089 plus the change of the 1BW transistor, driver IC S21531D and the 6R190C6 mosfets. The second one I had to change the same components except the SMD capacitor (1μF). Another issue is that the S21531D doesn't like to be soldered with hot air; I had to do it with a soldering iron.
Hi. Great work, do you have time to help me with a question? I removed the 2x IRS20955STRPBF from a RCF 715 module because i was getting voltage on the output transistors with no input signal. But, not long after removing the ic's the power supply went dead, i was going to probe voltages. Did i somehow kill the power supply of is this just a safety feature? Will power come back once i replace the IRS20955STRPBF's? If i manage to get power back but the issue came from before IRS20955STRPBF what else should i look at? It is on a Mk4 and there is no glue on the underside. Thanks PS. Can i poke around the op amps and dsp ic's with an oscilloscope to try to see where this strange signal starts?
On this RCF hdl20a…Do you know what the gray colored unmarked smd components are located near the ribbon? I have a picture of the components in question that I can send to your email….And by any chance do you have a schematic?
