"Optional features" has been moved to system section is Setting App recently. Open Settings > System then scroll down to the button, you will see "Optional Features".
@@riantanphotography it can still tell the author on file name change but below I posted what I actually did and it’s apparently been more helpful then the video for everyone. Lolol. I had to do actual export of the file. Otherwise the author is still something weird and program won’t take it.

Hi. I also updated to Windows 11 and have experienced a plethora of issues. Only the Graphics Tools option shows up while searching and upon download says, 'couldn't install' with no further help.
Same for me, a comment above suggested changing the file name. I copied my file and pasted it in the same folder to create a copy with "- Copy" appended to the original file name. I then dragged the file into premiere and it worked.
Hi, so the feature pack it should show as an available option, if it is not available it could be because you already have it installed. Otherwise you can either Google it and it can be downloaded from Microsoft just be wary of unofficial sites or you can use this link :www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack this only works for certain version of Windows but I hope I helps nevertheless, thanks.

I really hoped this would work, but it didn't. I don't know if it's windows 11 or if it's something else but to me this did not work at all. I still get the same errors
@@florinG I think it has to do with the fact that I have downloaded my video files from iCloud and then unzipped them. Some of the files may have been damaged or something in the process. I tried to download the same files again and then load the files into premiere, and that worked
Open file in QuickTime and just export as “audio only” into an .m4a instead. Clean wavs and mp3s work. I think it’s the long downloaded file names or creator of file it doesn’t like…

I'm sorry it didn't work, if followed correctly it works most of the time. Although my solution addresses the most common issue, there may be others to cause this error.
Honestly Josh I would love to help, but I don't even have access to a Mac and that's not because their price which is usually unusually high. I simply don't get along with Mac os and although this has been asked a lot In the comments, I don't own a Mac to even attempt trying to find a solution/make a video, cheers.
@@thenytwins so mine was a very specific case. It was only giving me that error for a single audio file and nothing else for some reason, I cleared cache files, re downloaded the audio file and renamed it. Then I just restarted my Mac and I could then import the file. Was very weird
