I tried Force Stop and I was getting ready to re-install but I thought I'd check the web again for an answer. Thank goodness I found your post. The weird thing is even if you turn off the app specific Data Saver for WhatsApp it still doesn't work. Without you we're trying to solve this problem for days on end. Thank you so much. Also I should mention that the problem occurred only after upgrading to Android 10.

With me it's the opposite. I used my laptop as a hotspot. When I use the hotspot internet on my phone, my WhatsApp calls stop at connecting. Please how do I solve this?

I am also facing that same issue from yesterday I have done everything chache clear, install uninstall mobile reset everything but I am not able to do video call to that person. If I do video call to sm1 call is ringing and connecting but it's not going through
