Once I received the NES, I tested and had a little trouble with the Rf adapter. I did get it to work, but since it didn't work right away, I went ahead and sent the full refund
That stinks. It really depends on the reason for the review. If you handled everything quickly and efficiently they may remove it. But first I'd contact the buyer, explain how important reviews are, and see if there's anything you can do to make it right. If you've never sent one you should have some revision requests. But don't send unless he agrees to revise his review
Maybe in one out of 5 bad reviews, eBay will remove it. If the buer is totally wrong (in my opinion) eBay always sides with the buyer. My reaction to this is to give a full refund and block the buyer from my store.
