What is benefiting society to you because there are Norwegians that so called don't benefit society what ever that means usually immigrants are fleeing some bad stuff in their country so they leave for a better life so how about just being an understanding human and being happy they are alive and well regardless of if they have a job or they are adding to the economy. It's not that they are lazy do you understand how difficult it would be to say fear for your life and your family so you have to grab all you own leave your country go to a foreign land I think most immigrants are very good with learning the language of the country they are in actually but like with anything in life some people adapt easier to things then others some people pick up languages better then others immigrants are not some generic group they are individual human beings all different so like I said some of them will struggle at languages or adapting to new cultures that's normal you can't expect them to all be some extraordinary people that just do everything according to what you think is exceptable that's arrogant and unfair. You need to be more understanding I think and more realistic with the way you view people that have to immigrate to new lands most of them did not want to leave their country they felt they had no choice that alone makes it more difficult to pick up languages and a new culture when you are forced to be somewhere you don't necessarily want to be but the alternative is worse people don't need to learn anything because you or I say so it's up to them I do think it will make their lives easier if they speak the language but they have to learn it because they want to not because the natives have an issue and judgment on them.
