Recent Real Time Example One of my friend joined a product based U.S Fortune 500 company last week having 3 years of work experience with 200 % hike as JAVA Developer and one more friend as QA Automation with same years of experience - 3 and that company is paying same CTC to both of them. So at last you should be good at what you do, regularly upskill and be consistent in it. Sky is the limit..🤩

Not necessary but with experience u need to improve your emglish.Because sometimes you have to talk with clients than it is necessary so learn and improve.
