A short clip from WHVL-LP's analog transmitter from late 2013. WHVL Operates within the Altoona-Johnstown Television market and serves the market with a focus on the State College and PennState market which is not directly served by other local stations. They plan to continue to operate this transmitter until the low-power analog shutoff in mid-2015 at which time their digital signal (which went on the air around 2008) will operate alone. Also keep in mind that this was recorded with a weakish receiver and that I'm over 30 miles from their transmitter.
