Disney's Usoop looks way too evil and cunning 😂. OG ! Garp looks so dandy ! And Disney's Roger looks so much suiter as the pirate king than the original 😮

Some of the changes are so minor that it’s hard to say there was a change, whereas others look like they have different personalities entirely.

I must admit one thing, however: a few of these look like they could be Warner Brothers (think The Iron Giant) or Dreamworks characters instead. Then again, I am sure that some illustrators/animators probably shift around between the companies.

I love how they keep the eyes big on the male characters. Disney has developed an annoying habit of giving women big eyes and tiny noses while leaving men normal-looking, am I right?

I agree. They need to make their male characters as charming as the female characters. There are men who have natural big eyes and long lashes, too.

I think Anime Holo fans have already ascended her to a princess in their hearts. With the big issue going on with Disney, they might not want her to be associated with the said brand as an official version. 😓
