Green flag: someone that makes you feel safe. I’ve recently met a guy that didn’t necessarily make me feel safe because of his physical built, but I felt safe in his presence, I was able to express myself without fear of judgement and I felt safe because he respected me.

We don’t talk about the positives often enough. Thank you!

No porn ie cheating online or over the phone as they have controlled their lust & sexual energy. You can stay committed with zero doubts 3.Someone you respect/you are inspired by. A Powerful union vs. just a person who ticks boxes/fits into your life/you are lusting over/suffering loneliness 3.We all have a past. So someone who sees your growth & loves all of you past present & what you are growing into becoming 4.Someone who brings calm to your spirit. Stay present, curious. Trust your intuition.Confirm you have no doubts/worries.

It’s very refreshing to hear a man say they don’t want a partner who watches porn. I feel like a lot of women accept this from their male partners because it’s seen as just a thing guys do and it’s become oddly normalized

THIS!!! Sexual discipline!! I have yet to meet a man who holds this energy. Everyone seems to hold 1 or more people in their back pocket to run back to. Using social media as a means to lust, along with listening to certain types of music that encourages non commital relationships and overall just not wanting to do the work everyday to become better individuals. I will stay single because casual sex is a absolute NO and my womb is sacred. Thank you for talking about these things! We don't talk about this enough.

Idk if anyone can relate. But as a guy I find sex to be a sacred and extremely intimate thing. For this reason I cannot do hook ups as it attaches me to the person too much. I love my sexual energy but not just any one can have access to it. After getting cheated on again, ive decided that for my next relationship im going to wait weeks or months before having sex with a partner to build trust and find out if our values align

My green flag is a man who is family oriented. Someone who knows the importance of having/creating a healthy family dynamic. Knows the importance of community and being there for each other out of unconditional love

I'm healing from the pain of losing the person i thought was the love of my life until i discovered his porn addiction. A green flag for me is someone who can be present and practices being present. If you cannot be present with me, how can we experience true pleasure and joy together? If you are always thinking about the past or the future, how can you truly meet me where I am at right now? If a person can be present with me, there is the potential to feel connection in that moment. Otherwise even if we are together, we are still both lonely and preoccupied in our own minds.

Realizing that I am the opposite of these green flags makes me want to work on myself, and try to grow more. I have a beautiful partner, and while I haven’t cheated I’ve been lustful and disrespectful while I should honor and care for them. As always HINDZ thank you.

I love the "find someone you respect and who inspires you". I've found myself in moments where I was dating someone but I couldn't quite understand what was missing. Green flags: - A person who admires you and is deeply passionate about everything of yourself (mentally, physically, spiritually) - A person who you can share your feelings without fear of being judged. - A space where you don’t have to force things. Just flow and be.

Someone who listens, being able to listen & digest what another person is saying is rare. Most people just respond or as you’re talking are thinking of something to say. When my partner truly hears me without judgment and respects what I have to say, its definitely a green flag.

Yes, I needed this. Meant a good woman, a unicorn in my mind. She checked a lot of my boxes if not all but we didn't have much in common. I am not perfect and I hurt her as well so let me be clear on that but she wasn't very supportive of my growth for the most part. I'll always be thankful for her because she did introduce me to new ways of thinking and how to be better, especially she raised my standards for the future and led me on a path of therapy and healing. Sucks we couldn't work out but I know I'll always remember and be thankful for her. Time to focus more on myself and manifest the person who was meant for me.

It’s so heartbreaking to me that I was all of this for my last love and he didn’t see the value in me to withstand a healthy relationship. Obviously I wasn’t perfect, but I tried so desperately to keep holding on, but in the end he still decided to let me go. I hope some day in the future he watches this video, learns from it and applies it to his relationships moving forward. I’m still crushed I wasn’t the woman he wanted to spend his life with, despite all the healing and growth I did within and outside of the relationship, but I know he’ll find the woman of his dreams and change his ways for her because she’s the one for him. He was my first genuine love / relationship and I’m so grateful to have known him. However, I’m happy knowing these green flags are applied to me, I hope my next partner values them the same way I do ✨

I really appreciate your views/honesty on sexual discipline, especially today with hookup culture being the norm in society. I myself have similar views and have restrained myself due to my own values/preference and it's interesting how people have commented/shamed/pressured me into doing things I wasn't comfortable with in the name of "sexual liberation." People see freedom today as doing whatever they want or doing it in excess instead of true liberation- which I feel is cultivated through discipline and restriction- as paradoxical as that sounds. Thank you for your realness/honesty/openness!! It can be really refreshing in times like these where it can be hard to talk about things that may be controversial or go against the norm!

I also see sexual discipline as an important part to navigate intimacy. I would like to add to be careful from where the wish for sexual discipline comes from. I was in a monogamous relationship with a person who was very possessive and scared to lose me. He got angry as soon as I even got e tiny bit close to someone else. Just talking for more than 5 minutes with another man triggered him. I put up thick walls around me, in order to keep the calm in the relationship. It made me very lonely. Now I am navigating open relationships and polyamory, not to casually sleep around with everyone, but to break down my walls and not be scared if I feel attracted to people. Beautiful connections, also non-sexual, may arise if I feel that I am free to give that space whatever is. Giving attractions space does not mean to follow every impulse. Not being monogamous is important for me at the moment after that traumatic experience I had before. Feeling free and open in the way I relate to others. And I don’t see this as contradictory to also practice sexual discipline. In the sense of being mindful about where eros arises and guiding this energy - not being swept away by its power.

I went through a lot of heartache over the past 5 years. After breaking things off, I have found someone who shows me unconditional respect, love and honesty for the first time. My last relationship was build on a very bad foundation but this new relationship is build differently. Fate is working in wonderful and outstanding ways atm to make this whole relationship possible (it’s long distance). Just today I received amazing news which I never expected to receive and I’m sososo grateful! After things went horribly wrong for me for years, things go smoothly for me now 🤧

I loved this video .. recently I’ve been noticing in my past 2 encounters or relationships or me trying to get into one .. there has been a lot of panic and anxiety within me .. at the time I didn’t realise it was just my intuition telling me that this person isn’t right for you .. and the more I engaged with that person the more I felt this strange panic .. sometimes it’s better to listen to what u are telling urself.. the right one will make you feel safe

A hige green flag for me is a person who has gaps … real gaps between partners. Serial and speedy monogamists tend to be hiding a profound amount of insecurity that is then unconsciously projected onto the partner . Sometimes it’s not even projected sometimes a very sensative partner simply takes on that beautification weakness . So as much as someone may give you peace a big green flag for me is those people that don’t latch onto others quickly that remain sacred …. Even if a relationship doesn’t work. Because the capacity to maintain friendships beyond relationships is another huge green flag for me . People who can do that are courageous and real and don’t bond lightly. They will live you through their own and your own changes and not only when you are forfilling a role they actually need to maintain their ego balance.

omg i felt the doubt and uncomfortable feeling with my current partner when we first started dating and we always argued i keep ignoring it & he is now the father of my child & we still argue about dumb things but my ex before him we vibed so well that til this day we have respect for each other and its all love.
