I DON'T think so. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 I don't know about much being left of his own property but, yours wouldn't be much better within a week of him being there. 😁😁😁😁😁 But, Micheal C played that part with absolute perfection including his amazing , crazy stunts ( of which he did himself!!!)
You wouldn't know from the way he play's the biggest nincompoop that he has the most outstanding singing voice 🗣the little guy sings opera,and absolutely beautiful too...what a talented man...
"Thats the best I can do for now". After he'd almost blown a house up! I'd definitely think twice before allowing Frank to come and fix something for me, for I think he'd turn even a simple task such as changing a plug or fuse, into a disaster!😁
Michaels last series in 1978 IMHO was the best when he moved to Sodberry Terrace, Mr Lewis aka Glynn Edwards was brilliant as his long suffering neighbour.
I've seen Michael Crawford in many other shows and he was nothing like Frank Spencer. This shows what an actor he was and still is. The fact that he always did his own stunts is a compliment to him too.
It was a one-off for Sport Relief. After it aired there were calls for it to be made into a series but Michael Crawford said that whilst he was happy to come back as a one-off for charity, he didn't want to make another series.
Shame about the Zephyr. What first losing it's door from a Fiat 128 (which surprisingly looked rust-free) then crashing into the milk float. Still, could have been much worse. Mr Lewis could have owned a Zodiac.
None of what happened to Mr. Thompson and the milkman is Frank's fault this time. They should look before they proceed to open the door or drive out in the first place. But that ending...
Half the things Frank does "wrong" are often as not the other person's fault. That chap opening his car door at 2:35 for example - he should have checked, Frank didn't tell him to. Then hitting the milk float at 3:42. All that guy's fault. Then the silly arse has the cheek to blame Frank when he's kind enough to give him a lift! Poor Frank.
