i can say the gains on the gym and he removing some anxiety (mindset) need put more weight on the bar,need do that,or this Dont,just go consistency and time simple !

Mike, I have been lifting seriously for 15+ years. Injuries took me out and laziness help me fall further away. Getting back to the gym and watching your videos made me feel like it’s my first day lifting ever. By implementing what you’re teaching as best I can has made a world of difference in the quality of my workouts! I’m not a bodybuilder by any stretch but I do enjoy lifting and I’ve found a brand new passion for it. Thank you!!

You can’t dispute what Mike is saying regarding exercise movement. Doubt it, try it next time at the gym & you’ll “FEEL” (within your body/muscles) that what he’s saying is on the 💰. Keep it up Mike, big support as always from Australia 👊🏻

I just love Mr.Wyck,he's a no shit talk guy,tells 100% truth,what you need to hear not just what you want to hear. If you want to do this shit the right way Mike is THE guy. I caught myself doing old habit,and instantly thought shit,mike would be like "what the hell are you doing" so,I corrected myself. Thank you Mr.Wyck,you make me think,watch and feel the muscle and the movement correctly.

I stopped counting reps & sets years ago. I'm intuitive. If it feels good and I can continue w proper movement I do. I was thinking more about the number rep I was on & what set- I was thinking more about that than the actual move.

Exactly same here. It's all about the mind muscle connection and the feeling i get in my muscles now, never counting reps. If one exercise doesn't feel right one day, i just do another, and another and so on. And after i ditched sets and reps and "must do" exercises, i started growing faster than ever.

I like watching these videos, as we all do and learn from them but........damn, the gym (or gyms) that Mike films in have nice looking equipment. The matte black or deep charcoal gray equipment is wycked 💪💪

Dear Mike - when doing any version of lat pull downs - should one arch the spine and let the check to be pulled upward (chest meeting the bar so to speak), or should one keep the spine neutral and the ribs down by keeping the core muscles engaged (i.e. not letting the spine to arch and the chest to be pulld upward)? Thank you in advance

I love to lift, it’s not as easy when you have kids and work but i feel myself when I’m lifting. At this point I’ve found a way to workout from my car while I have my long commutes for work. Heavy resistance bands for workout on the go 💪🏼

Iight I'll say this, Mike's knowledgeable n has helped me tweak certain movements recently, but it really doesn't look like he trains hard at all. Maybe his training is separate from all his videos, but I really don't think you should be able to have a free flowing convo during a set. I think he made all his gainz the hard way a long time ago, n now he's just coasting, hardly doing much.

Hey Mike, I'm trying to implement some of your movement and learn how to effectively work the entire muscle range. I am newer to lifting (1 yr) and I backed off on the weight to try to learn how to feel the muscles better. Now I feel like the weight is too light due to DOMS not kicking in like I feel it should a day or two after the session. How do you know when the weight is enough? Perhaps I've missed it in a previous video, if so if you could point me in the right direction that would be great. Otherwise a little tidbit on understanding how to gauge an effective weight would be awesome.

I’m definitely not Mike. But first from Whst I’ve learned DOM,s isn’t a good indictor of a good workout. Something you could look into. And second don’t just pick a weight. Find a weight that you can manage/ challenge you to hit whatever rep rang you’re going for. Usually after 2 or 2 workouts you can find the right weight. If u think it’s to light then pick a heavier weight. Don’t over think it. Plenty of great physics were build on not perfect workouts. The more you train the better you will get. Especially using what Mike is teaching as your backbone

@@Tyler-pr8vd Form failure reps is the way to go, which can be 2-5 reps left in the tank if you were to really 'push' it just to get the weight up but sacrificing form. I personally increase the weight if I can bust out more than 12 reps, but range from 8-12 depending on exercise and how I feel my form is doing those movements
