In 2015, my NBC primetime special "Unhinged in Hollywood" premiered to huge ratings, thanks to so many of you. What you might not know is that there were three different versions of that special! Following the NBC airing, it was shown in a longer form on Comedy Central, and then available in an even longer unedited DVD version. Here are some of my favorite moments from the special... The fact Jeff controls everything on stage and can play off mistakes like the puppets are real is absolutely genius. Lifelong training of this skill. He doesn’t move his lips and has multiple accents and voices. So impressive. That’s why ventriloquism is so rare. It’s not lame if you’re good at it.

The bit with Peanut is just incredibly impressive! To be able to make a puppet sound like it's talking like its mouth is open while not opening his own mouth is a true talent! Also, I love it when Ahmed gets all messed up, flustered, and frustrated, lol!

You can't help but enjoy this man and his friends. He's got such a great sense of humor. There's so many times that you almost forget that Ahmed, Bubba J, Peanut and Walter are not real. They all have their own personalities and sense of humor

That is really alot of fun watching JD manage achmed falling apart....jeff knows just the trick to have a comeback to save the skit!! He is so wonderfull and very talented, but he already has enough years with his comedy shows behind him that ;it comes naturally to him how to save himself and still fool the audience like it was part of his show....he is awesome in my heart....

I just watched this full show tonight, and I don't know if poor Achmed falling apart was part of the act or not, but I laughed so hard at that part I almost threw up. 🤣 When his ribcage came off I had to pause to wipe my tears and BREATHE. 🤣

Jeff is a master at his craft and second to none. Even when things go wrong it all feels like it's part of the show. Love his skits and even saw him live when he came to Missouri, he was just as funny then and is always able to get some good jokes in there.

I love how Achmed’s arm falls off which only the audience noticed, Jeff looks around to see why everyone reacted that way, sees the arm, and just has that look on his face.

Such a missed opportunity there, when his arm fell off the second time, after he said "I keel you from here", all he had to do is turn to Jeff and ask "Would you give me a hand". It's a dad joke, true. :)

Yep, I do, but neither of them used the particularly foul language that Jeff has started using in his act. I hear there’s an actual ‘family friendly’ version. Apparently, this wasn’t it. I’ll have to find it. Jeff’s so funny...but, personally, I could do without all the ‘f bombs!’

Actually it was Paul Winchel and Jerry Mahoney. Walter Winchel was a newspaper reporter and later a tv personality in the 30's, 40's and 50's

I remember when I came to one of your shows in Ohio at the Q and u threw peanut I swear my parents and I were crying and my stomach was hurting so bad! I love you man and your puppet shows! I always wished you could do a show at my highschool...now that would be awesome!!!! :)
