This one is very special. Nate wrote this because he checked into a facility after perception came out. He was NOT doing well mentally at all. They had an exercise where you talk to your younger self. Just such an amazing song!! So to some this album might be too heavy but this was made during one of his worst years in his life mentally.

This may be NF's best written track ever. Deep, bars, the visuals, the storytelling. Such an underrated track (not as listened to compared to his other tracks).

Definitely one of the best! It's just life bars with a perception that is next level on self actualization. My Mom is a therapist; And this is a classic therapy technique. You write a letter to yourself and burn it and let it go. You give yourself permission to let go and to face your future. Absolutely love this one! Great reaction K-Ray! GOD Bless!

Obviously I'm late to this one... but I do want to say that I think a lot of RU-vidrs can relate to the line when he says, "Every time you reach one, you'll just make another goal - that doesn't lead to Freedom." It seems like - from my perspective - every time a RU-vidr meets a subscriber goal, they almost immediately, at the latest the very next day, start pushing the next number for their subscriber goal. I think that can lead people to always being disappointed and focusing on what they don't have. Of course, everyone can relate to this in their life in some kind of way - I just seem to notice it a lot with RU-vidrs. I'm not necessarily calling you out specifically...it's just an observation. 😊
