Some of the WEIRDEST Things Ever Seen Dug Up 

What a great place, the speed demon hood ornament is spectacular. Finding mama’s squeeze box reeds very cool , papa must have finally gotten some sleep at night. 😂👍👍

I found a dog tax tag from Niagara Falls New York dated 1899. It’s bronze, in the shape of a dog’s head. The strangest part is I found it in suburban Chicago. The owners must’ve traveled, maybe they had a summer home there.

We find hammered edges pennies in the UK like the one you found and we believe they were used as a personal weight. Weigh it and see if it is an ounce, or a fraction of one. Great video 😎

That is cool. I found a JFK memorial medallion across the street from the Norma Jean apartments in Riverside, CA. Norma Jean is Marylynn Monroe, she supposedly lived there as a little girl.

Man you have to be super close to where I'm based out of; Salem, NY. If you ever cross the border, we have 13.5 acres and a home from 1760. Just got our first metal detector as a gift, and we're looking forward to digging around the property. Oldest find so far is an 1800's tonic bottle and blacksmith made door hinges out in the barn

I actually recently found the oldest dog license I've ever found. It was a 1900 and it was actually in a very rural area in a farm field. A lot of those places did have dog license laws and it was mainly to compensate farmers who had crops eaten by meandering dogs

In addition to compacts and pocket watches, people used to carry pocket compasses so they didn't get lost on cloudy days and nights.

I love the music that you put on your videos. It would be really cool sometime if you would make a 2-3 hour-long video of all of your music, with video showing beautiful scenery shot with a drone. That would be a really calming and relaxing experience. ;-)

weirdest thing i ever found was a new case of bumble bee tuna , nearest house was about 2 miles i know it was new because we had very heavy rainy days a couple of days before , the box was nice and dry . it was just sitting in the woods far from any trails.

Nice! I’ve missed your detecting, winter needs to exit our part of the world. I was watching a guy in the south there, I think from PA too. He found a Roman coin! Someone suggested that the coin was deposited there from sand ballast(?) that a ship brought in from Europe. Cool.

My dad made a ring out of a half dollar coin one time.used a silver spoon.to tap,tap ,tap it flat into a ring shape.then he had trouble getting it off of his finger.

The spikes look kinda like the ones used to get tobacco, on the sticks during harvest.

I was walking in a sandy was in the Bradshaw mountains of Arizona. I saw a rusty handle sticking up, pulled on it, and out of the sand. It was a tobacco cutter. It had a similar guy thumbing his nose....Not sure that guy was related to a tobacco company advertising gimmick. The next day, while bottle digging I found a quarter sized six pointed star with a bust saying...Admiral Dewey Did It...Same area of Bucky O'Neal s home of Prescott. He was Teddy's right had man in the Rough Riders.....

That reformed coin could have been used on a wax seal for special mail.
