Operators of a high-profile housing community are responding to neighbors who say they didn't get what they were promised.
Wesley Chapel’s Epperson development opened its Crystal Lagoon in April with a visit by Olympic superstar Michael Phelps. Since then, construction had to be halted on the 7.5 acre pool. Some residents say Epperson’s planned usage fees are an outrage.

That guy is an idiot. If there were no extra charges then who will pay to replace and maintain the extra "toys"? They would have over-crowding because they would have to buy more kayaks, etc or the people would be complaining about that as well. Charging is a way to control chaos.

These should've been done DECADES AGO. BUT they're building the homes extremely too close together, with cheaper material and wildlife is now scarce, unfortunately.

problem is ,,,,they dont tellya these things when you purchase property which is bullshtttt,,& when you call ,,i called today,,,they only hv one number & ITS THE POOLGIRL & there is no office,,she knows nothing & said YOU HV TO CALL HOMEBUILDERS

S Gill mirada Tampa bay charges $207 per 30 years for New buyers that is outrageous they will Have an artificial Lagoon; $24 seems pretty reasonable to me
