When ANYONE freestyles, they don't just come up with all of it off the top of their head at that exact moment. (I mean. I'm sure there's SOME that do/can. But it's VERY rare.) Even if it's not all put together from start to finish ahead of time, they have parts they've come up with ahead of time and just saved for when they thought it was the best time to use them. (Ever wonder why a LOT of the time, artists have parts of their freestyles where there's just one part that has absolutely fuck all to do with the rest or the topic? That's most likely why. But it's also not the only time they use shit they already came up with way before. It's just a big sign of it. But theu can have ones that actually work and you can't tell.) Very very very rarely are freestyles ACTUALLY what people think of when they hear the term "freestyle". (I hope that all made sense. If it didn't and anyone needs me to elaborate on something or clarify anything, just let me know.)
I think Hopsin can rap and gets overheated despite having a pretty mixed discography but this freestyle was kind of ass IMO. If you enjoy that's fine but I found a lot of the bars corny tbh
I mean, to be fair, not absolutely everything is going to be top tier. You feel me? Artists who write a lot and put out a lot are normally going to have some that are more of a miss than others. Not everything is going to be ingenious or a masterpiece or something. You know what I mean?? (Just letting you know: I'm not saying this in a bitchy way or anything. Just genuinely throwing in my 2 cents. ☺️)
@@hazeevisionsit’s one of those where yeah the more you rap statistically the more you’re bound to hit then someone that isn’t on the mic but conversely opens up more room for error on your verses. There are outliers to the rule of course.
