I never plan, just get disappointed when it doesn't work out, Finally got 250mm of rain, Looking like NZ, Green, 😂, Gizmo, like me, Napping all the time. , Looking forward to your next , travels, and home vids, Cheers Bevan 🤠❤️🦘🦘🇦🇺

You hit the nail right on the head about being away in the van. I have always said you can sit in the garden and try to relax and chill but you still have all those nagging must do jobs staring at you. Get the van in a field in the middle of nowhere and you can just relax, chill and forget everything.

Yeh 100%, you can’t beat it haha. I love sitting in the van with the heater cranking especially when it’s raining ☺️

New Zealand has certainly had a bad run on airshows across the country over the last 4 year, for a variety of reasons. A shame the weather didn't work out this time. Still a great trip away and some new experiences.

Yeh I saw there was the Tauranga one cancelled for Covid and it doesn’t look like they have got that one scheduled again? I guess they take a whole lot of planning! Might try and go to Warbirds over Wanaka one year but that one needs a bit more planning on our behalf to get all the way down there haha 😊

Ah yes "Plans". We are forever changing plans on the go. Yesterday we ended up in Whakatane, didn't plan to but weather was grotty in Rotorua, we were planning to stay an extra 2 nights in Rotorua. Was a toss up between Whakatane or Taupo. The joys of living on the road 😎🌧️😁

The weather at Kawerau was good that weekend. Free camping here to and free hot pools.

Hopefully we all get a summer but it looks like it may be a bit unpredictable and windy. That's unfortunate you missed the airshow again. 3 more weeks until Christmas, sounds like you have a lot to achieve in a short time
