I always love visiting Sebastian Florida. There’s always so much wildlife to see! This was my first time seeing a shark while there, and I was so excited! Thanks for watching I hope you enjoyed!

The first stingray is probably an Atlantic Stingray. They commonly have purplish coloration on the edges of their fins. The tip of the "snout" is too pointed to be a Bluntnose Ray.

@@KkCreatures NP. They are super common here in North Carolina. I catch them all the time at the beach and they have been in the Pamlico River (which is not normal). Im kinda surprised you didnt see any dolphins?

Your videos are all great. Thanks for posting. I have a question. Are you planning to work with wildlife in the future, because you're a natural (pun intended)?

Btw, I sailed up the coast of California recently and saw a shark, an orca, and several humpback whales breaching. It was awesome!

@@Blastomagnifico that’s so cool!! And to answer your question, I’m honestly still undecided. I know I will continue keeping exotic pets, and I’d like to maybe even have a small farm. I’m planning on continuing making videos like this, but I’m not sure yet what I’d want my actual career to be

Is it possible there are dangerous creatures in that Indian River or Banana River? I mean like sharks and alligators or deadly sting rays? Even a small shark could take a nice chunk of flesh off a human being. Thank you ☀️💦

I haven’t heard of alligators being in the Indian River but you do have to be careful of the occasional shark, and especially stingrays! Stingrays are probably the most potentially dangerous creature in that river

@KkCreatures many thanks, glad no gators 😊 Is that entire area truly a river, cuz on the map it just looks like it's a long bay opening to the big ocean perhaps on both ends. We're big on the outdoors, camping, swimming, kayaking, cycling and always dreamed to explore Florida. Another thing I'm concerned about is the deadly venomous snakes and even huge constrictors down south there. I'm from New England, actually just a few feet west in New York State. We're pretty safe here. Just deadly copperhead and rattlers to watch for. Also black bear. I saw a video of some landscaper in Florida in a totally residential area grabbing a small shrub/ tree type plant and he got bitten by some small but deadly snake hidden in it. He rushed to the hospital and luckily survived. Safety is our absolute priority. Any tips appreciated. Thanks ☀️ 🎾 🍉 🏝

@@Hundert1 I believe it’s actually some sort of man-made, dug out lagoon, that’s a part of an intercoastal. There’s websites online about the Indian River if you’re still curious about it. Sure I can give some tips! I’ve lived in Florida for my whole life and I’m always looking for snakes both venomous and non-venomous. I’ve had some close encounters with cottonmouths and pygmy rattlesnakes, but that’s about it. In most cases as long as you don’t touch the snake it won’t strike. As long as you watch where you step and identify areas that seem like they could be a home to snakes, you should be ok. There are 6 venomous snakes of Florida: cottonmouths, timber rattlesnakes, diamond back rattlesnakes, pygmy rattlesnakes, copperheads, and coral snakes. Cottonmouths are typically found in wetland areas, (freshwater not saltwater) so be mindful of that if you do go kayaking or exploring in or near any body of water here in Florida. Rattlesnakes, copperheads and coral snakes are usually in forest areas, and tend to stay away from populated areas. In my experience, the cottonmouth is going to be the most likely venomous snake you’d stumble across. I recommend looking up some information and seeing some pictures so you can identify them. I hope this helps! Florida is a beautiful state and I think you’d enjoy coming here and exploring the outdoors 😁

@KkCreatures yes, definitely helpful. Thanks heaps👍. I hear lots of people harbor exotic deadly creatures, that they either set loose to get rid of them, or their pets get loose on their own, or due to storm destruction they get loose. Even entire warehouses filled with illegal and deadly pets, like the Burmese pythons, etc get destroyed during the big storms setting them all loose. Maybe I sound paranoid but people do accidentally get crippled or even killed by wild animals. Even up here in my backyard, just a few years ago, I saw a huge black bear. I'm now very hesitant about pitching my tent and sleeping soundly. I've changed my feelings about safety. I used to love floating around 200 feet out in the big ocean swells off Block Island and Martha's Vinyard. Not anymore though. I guess i just studied too many accident reports. Others don't hesitate. However we never know what's lurking below or around the corner. A person could by total accident miss seeing a venomous snake and have their life ended. Those creatures blend right in with the environment and easily could be missed until it's too late to avoid the bite. I know I sound like a scardeycat. Golly, I'm thinking if a little kid or even an adult fell asleep on the lake shore at a campground the kid could wake up with a huge constrictor wrapped around his/her neck or a few gators chomping on them. Could even be me, my brother or friends. Thanks again so much for writing me, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Safely of course 🌲🕊🐳🐳
