Idk how to describe the feeling bo1 zombies had. It felt like a scary, immersive, zombie game with love and polish. I hated Shi No Numa, but just watching this and hearing the guns and the round ending sounds. It was all so perfect. So perfect
I get more anxiety playing black ops but waw overall with the older I.W. engine graphics and textures just give it a way more creepy liminal nostalgic kinda vibe. And you wanna talk about zombie sound effects waw Nacht Der is fucking terrifying
If this doesn’t make you sad and miss the prime call of duty era idk what will. All the nostalgia. RIP call of duty. We (1980’s -2000’s kids) will never forget.
I don't think cod released until the early 2000's brodha... Idk wtf 80's kids had to do with it lmao, y'all were ice-skating at the disco round that time 😂🤣
You have to remember that the old ps were built for 20y olds not kids during that time. Waw and the og cod barely had any kids until much later and most of those kids started because of said 20y old brothers or parents.
I remember when this glitch was very popular, everyone was doing it in public lobbies. Black ops 1 has the best zombies nostalgia IMO. 13 years old already.
All the glitches back in the day felt like they were hiding things for us to find. As a kid zombies almost seemed more like a conspiracy than a game. I think unfortunately as an adult I'll never get that magic back. But watching this video made me feel it again.
Hard reality was, zombies actually had the smallest Dev team to push the product into production. In a real work environment it’s simply impossible to test every pixel on a map.
Ik what you mean, I was always fascinated with zombies and thought it was something extremely special and I still do. There was just something that always gave me that eerie feeling like a conspiracy theory does
I used to love this glitch. It was an amazing feeling to be outside the map and explore where you aren't supposed to be. Then I found out about ISO mods and it changed everything
@@shalekthewise An "ISO" is all of the code for the game you are playing from the game disc. ISO mods are edited versions of the games original code burned onto another disc, then ran by either flashing the disc drive or hot swapping
Man I remember trying this on so many games back in the day. Starting with Duke Nukem. Then COD. Making difficult jumps and finding a way to get to places you weren’t meant to.
Man, i remember doing this back in the day, was super cool to experience the out of map area! Der Riese had a similar thing to get out/under the map. Verruckt and Five (on PS3) both had areas you could stand on a window board on, and pause your game to lag yourself out of the map as a zombie was pulling the board out, then youd be out of the map to explore. Such fun memories fully exploring some maps😅
People don’t understand that zombies was scary because the graphics weren’t perfect or realistic, the engine they run for these games made the zombies scarier, there was little sound other than the zombies and your footsteps, all around just a great game that I feel bad my kids kids won’t experience.
This is a classic. Our best setup used to be getting into the building in the flogger area, and keeping the door closed. They pile up at the door (which happens to be in an electric trap) and you have a wall gun right behind you for points. The trap works even though the door is closed
Man, my best memory as a kid was my brother waking me up at 4 am to play waw till 10 pm and then MW2. Then we grew slightly older and got up for bo1. Then we had gotten even older and started getting up at 6 am for bo2. Then we would get on every other weekend for bo3/mw3. ...and now we never really talk much if ever. But we had done it all and all it had to offer... Weeks of in-game time spent on every map and mission. Glitches, trick shots, quick scoping, high rounds, missions, bots, mw3 special modes, challenges to the highest stars, and all the skins n' camos. I don't think there was anything left we hadn't done or achieved. Miss you, man.
Shi no numa was always my favorite waw map next to Der Reise. This was my most commonly done glitch, I always loved getting out of map and shi no numa was one of the best for that because you could literally go anywhere. Window Glitch in Verrukt also allowed you to traverse the entire map, that one was almost better because there was one gun you could buy from out of map so you didn’t need to drop back in for max ammos etc. kino and five also had less useful window glitches.
I just be building bases on fallout 4 with defensive traps against zombies like COD Zombies and its hilarious because COD zombies and Fallout4 zombies are basically the same in a way, just no "rounds" involved, same big waves of enemies, nice guns and instead of restricted space, its a whole map for your zombie adventure travels.
As a kid who grew up on strafe, jump glitches. Nothing was worse than to nail one hard strafe jump. Just to fail the next one and you have to start all over
Why everybody always forgot CoD:WaW zombies maps, there are the base, + we can mod with SDK + we can host our server at home :o but thx for the reminds :)
God I haven’t played this game since I was 16 lol I’m 29 now but I remember knowing how to do the mystery box glitch and had like a million weapons on me lol you down yourself by the box by holding a Grenade after you open it and then your buddy revives you and you pop back up with no weapons In your hands which allowed you to grab the weapon from the box and now you have 3 instead of two. You could keep doing that until you get like ten weapons
This is an old glitch. In fact, I performed it many times and even found a way to instantly skip as many rounds as you want by doing it, following by standing in a specific place outside the map.
@@misanthrope5063 I would tell you the specifics but it was over 12 years ago now. All I remember is standing near a river right near the edge of falling out of the world
I was super into glitches back in the day and I never knew about this one. Makes me wanna start up bo1 again but it sadly runs like shit on my pc even though it really should run fine lol
does bo1 have death barriers out of bounds in any maps except for ascension and cotd cause those are the only two maps ive managed to find death barriers on
This shit is old, i remember doing this on PS3 in the early 2010's... Sure you can do it in co-op, but it IS easier doing it on sosl cause alot of the time your teammates would get downed without monkeys trying to res you, but even then, this glitch is old, dont say it otherwise LMAO
This was probably one of the best glitches in bo1. definitely not that useful cuz shino numa needs to be played 2 players wonderfaffe till 35 than is everything about traps or you will go out of ammo in a minute. But damn this was huge, you could definitely reach lot of places, you didnt show it but you can literally reach Every part of the map (from the outside) and whats cool is that you can actually go inside the map again everytime you want without gobblegum or cards, literally super dope. Also you are able to get powerups, you can revive from outside and viceversa.
You know I was playing call of duty Cold War zombies and some guy managed to fight off all the zombies just because he was in the walls. All those players with game hacks and cheats they don’t know how to play a real game. If you were playing zombies and you saw someone cheat thew out the whole game you wouldn’t want to play either. And the person who cheated on my game on my screen can go screw themselves I don’t play that sh*t. Cheating doesn’t make you a good player. This is to all of you cheat your whole life in video games nobody is going to want to play with you because they would think your the cheapest player in the world. My ranking on those games are 100% effort all the cheaters 0% of effort. Because they don’t know how to play a real game when they see one. This is called cheaters justice lol 😂
