A woman awakes to an alert from her doorbell camera deep in the night. There is someone there, trying to get in, a shirtless maniac. But is he there to hurt her OR warn her of something far more sinister?
As soon as he mentioned about seeing a man on the basement, I totally lost it. If I were on her situation, I wouldn't know what to do or to believe. First, what if he's telling the truth? What if there is a man who can hurt or worst... Kiill me? While on the other side, what if he wasn't telling the truth and has other bad intentions? Like... How did he SEE the man? Etcetera etcetera. I really don't know who to trust in that situation. I could feel tense and confuse from the man, night time, and so whatever. It was an unpredictable short film.... Or maybe so I thought that I could predict it? But I didn't, obviously. Great job with this film. It really made me feel tense. Hoping to see more exciting works from this channel 💗
I must be an idiot bc I didn’t understand this at all. Can someone here please explain? It started out like the urban legend of the girl at the gas station with the man in the backseat. What was this?
People, if this happens to you please call the cops and barricade yourself in your room. You can call the cops and talk on the phone with the guy at the front door IN YOUR ROOM. If the guy is lying it'd recorded with the cops, if he's truthful then you're safe.
This is a creepy scenario, I’d lose my mind some half naked guy is standing on my front porch but than demanding someone is in my basement, I’ve never seen a basement with no door btw(creepy). I feel either the basement dude and the porch guy could’ve been working together or the porch guy was dude in basement , hints why he’s half naked, able to suit up and run around to basement!
I hate how her basement .... or the stairs leading to the basement is open . It's as if there's no barrier there . Especially when the creep was walking up the stairs argh .
Okay that's it. But what about the man at the front door if he wasn't involved with the basement man then why he ran away just before the police arrived . Because earlier if he really saw someone at the basement then why he didn't immediately call the police. (The police was called by the woman... Right)?? Instead that guy was only requesting to let him in so he could help her. Btw what the woman was still doing in the house when the cops already arrived.!!? She was peeking through the window shades instead of going to the police. 🙄
How do you know he was telling the truth? He could have been… or…. He could have been working together with the creep in the basement as some kind of twisted game…. Or…. The creep could be him and when he runs off he actually goes through the basement window, puts on a mask and goes up the stairs. Its definitely open ended.
@@NickDonnellyMusic it would've been impossible for the creep to have run off, put on a mask and clothes (including what sounds like heavy boots), and enter her basement in the less-than-20-second span of time presented in the short, so the second theory is unlikely. As for whether or not he could've been working with the creep, it's a good theory. However, ultimately there really was someone in the basement, and imo the ending would've been more impactful if it was left to the viewer to determine that
