OMFG.....it's in the middle of the night, and this one scared the hell out of me, this creepy jumpscare, i can't controll it and i screamed, after two minutes, i screamed again, because my 8 year old son stands beside me, looking very sleepy and wanted to ask, why i screamed before, but because i screamed again, he was shocked......i shoulnd't watch something like this at night without any lights......first the jumpscare in the short and next the jumpscare because someone stands in the dark beside me.....so, now i am awake......totally awake........... (but btw, the short film was great!!! Really!)
What a great short! I love his completely realistic reactions to a totally unnatural situation. You can clearly see him going through stages of denial and acceptance right in front of you. His struggle to comprehend what he's experiencing just ratchets up the tension. In the time it takes for him to figure out what's really going on, something bad has already started to brew.
Pretty sweet job for something you put together all alone. I know that struggle of having to film a shoot of yourself and it’s definitely a challenge. Hope to see more from you, welcome to the horror shorts community.

I gotta be honest, at first I thought "what a stupid story", then I was amazed by the premise. A lesson about not judging until you see the whole picture. Great short!
I had to pause the film, because I knew it was going to get really scary and I was right. My heart is still jumping, I don't know if I could watch the ending again while alone. It was amazing work and talent that brought this short into creation.
Love it. U find a body in a wardrobe that looks like you and you don't run out the house. You stay in that sam3 room, make a call in the room and when you go to see it again it's gone and you stay.

This short horror is unreal I enjoy short movies but this one was brilliant, the imagination some people have and to be able to put it into a movie. It's is awesome
This was remarkable wheni came across it a few years back, but it's REALLY remarkable still today even after some thirty or so viewings. I sure hope this is the launch pad for a long and exciting directing career.
The effect of the double training the main character’s life force was really cool. The shot of his eye flicking back into position was particularly impressive! - How did you do that?
I am impressed. I love the atmosphere of the film. Sometimes you don't need any words or to many words,leaving you feeling the film(I hope that makes sense). I really enjoyed this,amazing job. Hope to see more from you young man..have a great day & takecare..xx

It would've helped a great deal if we knew who he was, why he was there and where he was. That would instantly connect the audience with the protagonist and make his experience more frightening to share. AWESOME effects and very good acting! I really enjoyed it!
So the movie was great, loved the storyline. It definitely gave me the creeps. HOWEVER, the non stop panting got old real fast. You'll have to learn more than 1 way to express fear and uncertainty. And based on the phone call, it's clear you had supportive parents who took everything you said as interesting and important growing up, because you don't know how to argue with someone who doesn't believe a word you are saying. Other than that, I loved it.
I'm sitting outside smoking a joint right now and decided to watch this movie because I didn't think it was going to be that scary.... I tricked myself because this gave me goosebumps 😒
I don't get it... In the end, the 'original' or Ethan A changed into the same smile/sneer the pale body had So was that the original 'demon', or was Ethan B indeed the evil one, and wasn't actually a dark version of Ethan- it was a doppelganger, or was Ethan A with the demon's soul?
I've actually seen this before second time watching great job Ethan you are very talented and this was a great horror concept watching it a second time is just as awsome especially the ending keep up the good work
A grisly little number well executed. Who says films to be good have to have a large budget.i got more creeps out of this than more longer and lavisher fares . Well done properly creeped out.
