In the original version, if I can hear well, the music is slightly higher, I don't know how much I don't have absolute pitch. The volume of the sound was very carefully selected, exposing the vocalist against the background of the piano. Because of this, Adelle was able to sing softly some parts and not shout over the piano where it was necessary to sing softer. Unfortunately, Allie was less able to vary the volume of her singing because she constantly had to drown out the piano. As for the vocalist's voice, in my humble opinion, Allie Sherlock is definitely better, which evens out the effect of both recordings. I think Allie Sherlock would have sung better standing up, because when you sit, you choke your diaphragm and reduce your voice output. And she could find a better sound man.

I've been listening for about 4 years. It's easy to forget that Allie is still in the very early days of her professional career. My guess is that she has the determination to match the raw talent.

Why sing other people's songs and not have the voice for them? Create your own songs so people then can't compare you to the actual singer because your far from the voice of Adele 🤣

Yeah editing makes video and audio out of sync, looks like lipsync. It's many takes which have been joined and it makes syncing almost impossible.

I love the husky, low tones. High pitched ,hyper produced singers are 10 a penny. The real deal is here! I never would have guessed that little kid playing her guitar ( saw you in Tralee) would continue and grow so well . You must have been one determined kid! Like so many of Allie's followers, I've enjoyed every step of the journey she's making, and Ellie just keeps giving! Given I'm old enough to be her a grandparent, she's taken my sense of age back to mid Thirties... maybe when she's done another decade I'll be back in my Uni career, living the moment!!!
